Let's face it, she is the best the business has to offer. Meryl could show up to the Globes in a Juicy Couture track suit and no one would dare fault her for it. Lucky for us, while managing never to go over the top, Ms. Streep always meets the bar when it comes to awards attire. On her, this black off the shoulder gown from Elle Saab's Spring 2010 RTW would "quietly, clearly, and authoritatively demand..." our attention.
